Description
A Character 2nd floor flat with high beamed ceilings and extensive sea views. There is a small private balcony with table and chairs.
This is the highest building on the island and can be draughty in stormy weather!
There is one twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Separate wc. There is a large open-plan kitchen and dining/sitting room which has a small double bed settee. The bedroom overlooks lawns to the south.
Utilities
There is NO central heating in this flat, only an open fire.
Changeover
Changeover day is a Friday during high season and busy periods. However the changeover day can be varied during low season.
OtherAll linen is included in the cottage price shown. Cots and highchairs can be provided free of charge.
Your bags are transported to and from the boat free of charge.
Groceries can be pre-ordered and will be delivered to your cottage on arrival. There is a small grocery shop situated in the Mermaid Tavern.
There is a coin operated laundry located in the Manor Village and at the pine log cabins.
