Accessed by separate external steps. Small but popular, light and airy first floor flat. Large entrance lobby leading to a twin bedroom, bathroom and lounge/diner. Kitchen off lounge/diner. Double-bed settee in lounge with an open fire. Roof top views only.
Utilities
Centrally heated. Open fire in lounge. Electricity and gas are included in the cottage price quoted. Coal is available for an extra charge.
Changeover
Changeover day is a Wednesday during high season and busy periods. However the changeover day can be varied during low season.
Other
All linen is included in the cottage price shown. Cots and highchairs can be provided free of charge.
Your bags are transported to and from the boat free of charge.
Groceries can be pre-ordered and will be delivered to your cottage on arrival. There is a small grocery shop situated in the Mermaid Tavern.
There is a coin operated laundry located in the Manor Village and at the pine log cabins.
