Description
Wonderful peaceful situation in wooded valley just 5 minutes' walk from Belvoir Bay and 15 minutes from the Harbour Village. Access is by country path which is fairly steep in places.
This is the upper floor of a two storey house, the lower floor being occupied by our island gardener and his family.
Access to the flat is at the rear of the property with its own garden-level path, there are no stairs internally or externally just a few steps in the pathway.
Entrance into a hallway with doors off to all three bedrooms, bathroom with wc and a separate wc. Door into kitchen/diner leading through to lounge with log burning stove. Ideal private family flat with large sunny garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ.
Utilities
Centrally heated. Electricity, gas and logs are included in the cottage price quoted.
Changeover
Changeover day is a Tuesday during high season and busy periods. However the changeover day can be varied during low season.
Other
All linen is included in the cottage price shown. Cots and highchairs can be provided free of charge.
Your bags are transported to and from the boat free of charge.
Groceries can be pre-ordered and will be delivered to your cottage on arrival. There is a small grocery shop situated in the Mermaid Tavern.
There is a coin operated laundry located in the Manor Village and at the pine log cabins.
