Description
Lovely ground floor flat in a converted barn. West facing with sea views and small garden to front. Rear access to communal cobbled courtyard where there is a gas barbecue. Enter into a lounge/diner with kitchen area and doors off to each of the twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has an ensuite shower room.
This flat has inter-connecting door with Sea Spray to become one large flat if required.
Utilities
Centrally heated. Electricity and gas are included in the cottage price quoted.
Changeover
Changeover day is a Thursday during high season and busy periods. However the changeover day can be varied during low season.
Other
All linen is included in the cottage price shown. Cots and highchairs can be provided free of charge.
Your bags are transported to and from the boat free of charge.
Groceries can be pre-ordered and will be delivered to your cottage on arrival. There is a small grocery shop situated in the Mermaid Tavern.
There is a coin operated laundry located in the Manor Village and at the pine log cabins.
