Description
A granite barn conversion into a spacious character house with west facing courtyard views.
Enter into small lobby with door into lounge and staircase to first floor. A large ground floor lounge with double doors and a single step up into the kitchen/diner. Double doors off kitchen onto a shared gravelled area. Separate WC downstairs. Up stairs to first floor landing with doors off to one single and two twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom with WC.
Utilities
Centrally heated. Electricity and gas are included in the cottage price quoted.
Changeover
Changeover day is a Tuesday during high season and busy periods. However the changeover day can be varied during low season.
Other
All linen is included in the cottage price shown. Cots and highchairs can be provided free of charge.
Your bags are transported to and from the boat free of charge.
Groceries can be pre-ordered and will be delivered to your cottage on arrival. There is a small grocery shop situated in the Mermaid Tavern.
There is a coin operated laundry located in the Manor Village and at the pine log cabins.
