A small ground floor flat on the north side of a barn conversion. Accessed from a communal courtyard with courtyard views. Opposite the Herm school.
Entrance to large lounge/diner with kitchen area. Hallway to twin and double bedrooms and shower-room.

Centrally heated. Electricity and gas are included in the cottage price quoted.
Changeover
Changeover day is a Wednesday during high season and busy periods. However the changeover day can be varied during low season.
Other
All linen is included in the cottage price shown. Cots and highchairs can be provided free of charge.
Your bags are transported to and from the boat free of charge.
Groceries can be pre-ordered and will be delivered to your cottage on arrival. There is a small grocery shop situated in the Mermaid Tavern.
There is a coin operated laundry located in the Manor Village and at the pine log cabins.
