Description
The downstairs flat of a two-storey cottage situated opposite St Tugual’s church.
Spacious and comfortable ground floor flat with courtyard views. Access via separate entrance to small lobby leading to the large lounge with bed-settee and open fire. In lounge there are north facing French windows to sunny cobbled courtyard with gas barbeuce. Off the lounge there are two twin bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. Separate galley kitchen.
Utilities
Centrally heated. There is an open fire in the lounge. Electricity and gas are included in the cottage price quoted. Coal is available at an extra charge.
Changeover
Changeover day is a Wednesday during high season and busy periods. However the changeover day can be varied during low season.
Other
All linen is included in the cottage price shown. Cots and highchairs can be provided free of charge.
Your bags are transported to and from the boat free of charge.
Groceries can be pre-ordered and will be delivered to your cottage on arrival. There is a small grocery shop situated in the Mermaid Tavern.
There is a coin operated laundry located in the Manor Village and at the pine log cabins.
