I had been hoping to put on a photo of Chris the Herm builder standing in front of the new washing up sinks which he has recently installed at the campsite. However, it has got lost on the computer somewhere!
Instead enjoy this photo of Gavin Hyde, estate foreman, Mat Nicolle, island skipper and Jonathan Bailey, seasonal outdoor worker who had 5 minutes to take in some sun whilst waiting for the island cargo boat to float. Once afloat the empty beer kegs etc were loaded before the team set sail on the 3 hour round trip to Guernsey to collect cargo for the hotel, pub and beach cafes. |
