Food & Wine

Our head chef, Neil Southgate, presents an excellent fine dining 'table d'hote' menu that changes daily in our AA rosette restaurant.  To complement your meal why not choose from our extensive wine list, reputed to be one of the largest in the Channel Islands. Our hotel manager, Jonathan Watson, prides himself on personally sourcing many interesting and good value new wines each season.  Some of his wines will not be found anywhere else in the Channel Islands.

Guests staying at the Hotel take breakfast and dinner in our main restaurant overlooking the sea.  The restaurant has panoramic sea views across to Guernsey and is the ideal place to watch the spectacular sunsets.  Dinner at The White House is a 'special' occasion and we request that guests are smartly dressed, with gentlemen to wear a jacket and tie.

During the day hotel residents are able to choose from a light lunch menu that can be served in our hotel lounges or the gardens.  complimentary teas and coffees are available in the lounges throughout the day.

The hotel restaurants are open to non-residents for lunch and dinner.
