There are two options for lunch at The White House Hotel. Choose from either The Ship Restaurant or our Conservatory Restaurant. Lunches are served at each restaurant daily throughout the season.
The Ship Restaurant
12.00 - 14:30An extremely popular restaurant with our visitors. On fine days sit out and enjoy drinks and lunch on the patio or on days when the weather is not so good sit in either the bar, with its open fire, or the restaurant area.
Choose from a wide selection of dishes on the menu which caters for all tastes. There is no dress code for the Ship nor are they able to take bookings. The Ship Inn will also serve tea & coffee throughout the day with cakes and cream teas. Speciality ice creams are served in the afternoons.
The Conservatory Restaurant
12:30 - 13:30
Bookings can be made for lunch in our Conservatory Restaurant. The restaurant offers a varied and imaginative menu each lunchtime. Choose from a selection of individually priced starters, main courses and desserts and then enjoy coffee served in our hotel lounges or garden areas.
There is no dress code in the restaurant at lunchtimes.
Sunday Lunch
Lunch is served in both the Ship Restaurant and the Conservatory Restaurant on Sundays. Guests are not able to pre-book for the Ship Restaurant which operates strictly on a 'first come' basis.
The Conservatory Restaurant does take bookings for Sunday lunch and guests are advised to book in advance as this is very popular with visitors.
