In the evenings our restaurants and bars are very popular with guests staying on the island, with boaters and with visitors from Guernsey coming across just for the evening.
Whether you want a meal at the Mermaid barbecue or fine dining in our Hotel's table d'hote restaurant, Herm has something for all tastes and prices.
We take bookings from visitors staying on Guernsey who wish to come across to Herm for a meal in one of our popular island restaurants. You can combine an early evening walk with a meal at either The White House Hotel or The Mermaid Tavern.
Subject to demand and weather there is an evening boat departing Guernsey at 19:00 and leaving Herm at 22:45. This runs most evenings except Mondays and Sundays. Pre-booking is essential for anyone wanting to travel on this service, without a reservation you will not be given a ticket for the boat.
